HOW TO RETURN

 

 

In order to return item(s) or request a refund, please send an email to cservice@yonexuk.com with your order number, your contact details, and an explanation of why you want to return the item or receive a refund.

 

We only arrange collections at our cost for delivery errors or faulty Yonex products.

 

For returns due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or item swaps, you must send the item(s) back at your cost.

 

 

1.  Provided the item is returned unused and in a re-sellable condition, we will endeavour to provide you with your preference of a refund, exchange or replacement as quickly as possible. In the case of an exchange or replacement being unavailable, we will refund your order.

 

2.  If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item dispatched, damaged item, etc), we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label that will be attached to this notification. In all other instances, we are unable to cover or refund the cost of returning items to us.

 

3.  Returns request must be made within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

 

4.  Returns request must be made within 28 days of purchase for an exchange.

1.  Please send the item back to us at the provided returns address Yonex UK 74 Wood Lane White City London W12 7RH , with a copy of the returns authorisation, the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement.

 

2.  This information allows us to process your return as quickly as possible, so please make sure you include it with the return so there are no delays!

 

3.  Please note we cannot refund any premium shipping charges unless the product is faulty, damaged or has a manufacturing fault.

 

4.  We will contact you as necessary regarding the status of your return so please keep an eye on your emails.
